Service company or product company?

Service companies (TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant and others) typically run large online assessments with aptitude, communication and easy-to-medium coding. Speed, accuracy and clean basics win. Their higher-paying bands raise the coding bar towards product-company level.

Product companies typically put most of the weight on data-structures and algorithms interviews where you explain your approach live, plus behavioural rounds. Pattern recognition and communication win.

The good news is that the coding core is the same for both. That is the part BitBootcamp teaches, with labs where you watch each algorithm work instead of memorising it.

Frequently asked questions

Which placement guide should I start with?

Start with the guide for the first drive on your calendar. If you do not know yet, follow the general 4-week plan on this page; the coding core is the same for service and product companies.

Are these placement prep guides free?

Yes. The guides are free, and every data-structures and algorithms lab they link to is free and runs in your browser without an install.

Are exam patterns on these pages official?

No. They describe how drives have typically been structured. Companies change sections, timings and question counts between seasons, so always confirm the current format in the official notice for your drive.

Is BitBootcamp affiliated with TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant or Amazon?

No. BitBootcamp is an independent learning platform. Company names are used only to describe the recruitment drives these guides help you prepare for.

Can I learn DSA in Hindi here?

Yes. The free DSA labs include Hindi explainer videos, selectable with the हिं button above each video. The DSA in Hindi guide explains how to use them.

Not sure where you stand?

The 2-minute readiness check scores 15 placement skills and links each gap to the lab that closes it.
